Agent Architect

Lead multi-agent system design, architect robust, scalable solutions using LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or custom stacks. Work client-facing, guide engineering, own production outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • • Design multi-agent and orchestration patterns, communication protocols.
  • • Select/implement frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
  • • Document system diagrams, SLOs, security models.
  • • Mentor engineers, lead reviews, interface directly with clients.

Requirements

  • • 5+ years architecture (2+ AI/ML), Python, microservices, event-driven.
  • • LLMs/agent design (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.).
  • • Consulting and open-source experience preferred.

Build and optimize RAG pipelines, context windows, semantic search, embeddings & vector stores. Integrate with agent frameworks, boost reliability, speed, and factuality.

  • • Tune RAG/embedding pipelines; chunking, context compression.
  • • Implement metrics, memory/state management, observability.
  • • Hybrid search, reranking, optimization for cost vs. accuracy.

Requirements

  • • 3+ years software engineering, Python, vector DBs (Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant).
  • • NLP/IR, hands-on RAG or similar retrieval systems.
  • • Familiarity: LangChain, LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, tools like LangSmith.
